FAQ

Do you measure and install?

Yes. We offer in-home measurement and professional installation in Lahore (and nearby by appointment).

Can I get blackout?

Available for most drapery, roman shades, and roller fabrics. Great for bedrooms and media rooms.

How long does it take?

Typically 5–12 days depending on fabric availability and project size.

How do I get a quote?

Click Get a Quote on any style or open the Quick Quote form. Share rough width × height (or ask for a free measurement) and we’ll reply on WhatsApp with a price range and next steps.

Which areas do you serve?

Lahore city and nearby. Islamabad/Rawalpindi by appointment. For other cities, message us and we’ll advise options.

Do you provide rods/tracks and motorized options?

Yes. We supply decorative rods and low-profile tracks in multiple finishes, plus child-safe controls and motorized tracks on request. We’ll recommend the best option during measurement.

Can I see fabric swatches before ordering?

Yes. Request a free swatch kit or book a visit—we’ll bring popular swatches (velvets, linen-look, sheers, blackout) to match your room.

How should I measure my window?

Measure inside width and height of the opening. For drapery on rods/tracks, add 3–6 inches overlap on each side and above the frame. If unsure, just send a rough size—we’ll verify in person before stitching.

What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?

We stand behind our workmanship. Stitching/fit issues are addressed promptly, and hardware carries the manufacturer’s warranty. If anything needs adjustment after installation, we’ll help.

How do I clean and maintain them?

Drapery: vacuum with a soft brush; light steam to refresh. Sheers: gentle wash if needed. Roller/Roman: wipe with a damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals. Always follow care labels we provide.
